We offer a wide range of services including, but not limited to, valuing the proved producing reserves, identifying workovers and drilling locations, and estimating the monetary consideration required to acquire the interests. We can help locate and evaluate properties for acquisition and advise clients concerning alternative methods to attract capital. H&A assisted a foreign corporation in selling an interest in its exploration program. This task included developing a marketing strategy, selecting promotional material, managing the data room and assisting with the preparation of applicable documents. |
