| H&A assists several mineral interest owners in their relationships with production companies. Services include monitoring drilling and production operations, auditing royalty payments, making projections of future royalty payments and negotiating amendments to existing leases or the terms of new ones. The auditing procedures are efficiently handled through access to the most up-to-date public and subscription databases and effective computer manipulation of massive quantities of data. H&A has been involved as the technical petroleum advisor to large mineral estates encompassing over 500,000 acres. We have negotiated for over 160,000 acres of 3-D seismic activity with lease options for our mineral owner clients. We have also served as a mediator to resolve disputes outside of formal legal proceedings. |
